Shipping & Returns

How do I return or exchange my order?

Please reach out to us at we.care@viktorialouise.de to arrange your exchanges or return.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Please get in contact with our customer service team at we.care@viktorialouise.de as soon as possible with details on your order’s change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised but if the order has not yet been shipped it may be possible. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We encourage smart shopping in favor of the environment. If you order consciously, shipping is on us! To find out more, please refer to our Shipping info.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm noon on weekdays generally leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12pm noon or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We are happy to ship worldwide!

  • 10€ shipping for all European orders outside of Austria, Germany & Switzerland.
  • Shipping costs for rest of world vary depending on your location and are calculated during the check-out process.
  • Taxes and duties may apply, customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees.
  • International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs.

What payment methods are accepted? 

VIKTORIA LOUISE accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. We also accept PayPal payments, Apple Pay or Google Pay, Klarna “Rechnung”, Klarna “sofort bezahlen”, EPS transfers, Ideal and Bancontact.

What about express checkout?

During the checkout process, the “Shop Pay” button will take you straight to the following express checkout methods: credit and debit cards, Klarna “Rechnung”, Klarna “sofort bezahlen”, EPS transfers, Ideal and Bancontact. Also Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal express checkout is offered.

What is a pre-order item? When can I expect pre-ordered items?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, a shipping date will be provided in the product description.

Production

Which fabrics and textiles are used?

The fabric for our swim wear is made in Italy and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. The resort wear that will launch later this year is built around natural materials such as organic cotton and pure linen. The fabrics used for production are made-to-order in Portugal and GOTS-certified. Please check “material & care” section for each product to find out the exact composition of each piece.

Where are the pieces made?

We only work with small production companies in Portugal at this time. We are personally in contact with all of them on a first-name basis and love working with people who believe in our brand and vision as much as we do.

From where do you ship the products?

We ship from Austria. Our warehouse is located just a 40-minute drive from our headquarter in the heart of Vienna and is frequently visited by us.

Are all products produced in Europe?

Yes, all of our pieces are produced in Europe (Portugal) under fair working conditions and with salaries that are above average in comparison to other textile production areas.

Do you use biodegradable packaging?

All of our shipping materials are made of (recycled) paper. Our boxes consist of grass paper (35%) + waste paper (65%) – not a single tree was touched for the production of our cardboard boxes. The packages are closed with paper adhesive tape, the order is wrapped in tissue paper only and sealed with a round paper sticker. The individual swim wear pieces are kept in poly bags for protection, these are made with d2w technology. d2w biodegradable technology accelerates the natural process of oxidation until the product is no longer a plastic.

Collection, Sizing & CARE

What size should I order?

We try to create our swim and resort wear as true to size as possible. However, depending on body shape and size, the fit may vary. All pieces are usually shot on a model wearing size S. For our swim wear a size XS is suitable for A cups, S will fit for a 75B or 70C, size M is suitable for all C cups, L for D cups and XL for a larger chest or wider back. The bottoms fit true to size: XS for 34, S for 36 to 38, M for 40, L for 42 and XL for a size 44.

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you enter your email address to get notified when the product in your size is back in stock. Our newsletter is always the best way to stay up to date and be the first to find out about new launches and restocks.

How do I care for my VIKTORIA LOUISE pieces?

Please check “material & care” section for each product for recommended care instructions of each piece.

Please note that a high amount of chlorine or saltwater can damage your swim wear, rinse immediately with fresh water after use. Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners can stain or damage your swimsuit.
